Got Questions?

Everything you need to know about our unlimited disposable emails, account structures, security policies, and technical architectures.

What is Echo Line?

Echo Line is an ultra-secure, premium, and unlimited virtual email service. It allows you to create as many disposable email addresses (@bearmusicmanagment.com) as you want, under a single account. This helps protect your primary email inbox from spam, trackers, and database leaks when signing up for websites, free downloads, or trials.

Is Echo Line actually free?

Yes, Echo Line is 100% free forever. There are no credit card requirements, hidden fees, or subscriptions. We offer unlimited addresses and inboxes completely free of charge to help users secure their online privacy.

How many email addresses can I create?

You can create unlimited email addresses. Whether you need 5, 50, or 5,000 email addresses, Echo Line does not impose any caps or limits. You can generate a brand new prefix for every single website you register on.

How is Echo Line funded if it is free?

We keep our operating costs extremely low by using modern text-only email processing and serverless cloud systems (like Cloudflare network infrastructure). We may display non-intrusive ads in the future or offer optional paid premium custom-domain add-ons, but the core unlimited temporary email service will remain free forever.

Can I receive HTML emails with images?

To protect your digital privacy and optimize storage, Echo Line parses and displays emails in a text-only format. We strip out heavy HTML styling, stylesheets, tracking scripts, and external graphics. This blocks invasive "spy pixels" from tracking you and makes sure you receive your verification codes, OTPs, and activation links instantly.

How long are received emails kept?

Emails are kept for 7 days in our database before being automatically pruned. This ensures your inbox remains neat and active. If you receive an important activation link or account credential, make sure to save it elsewhere, as it will be securely deleted after one week.

Can I send emails from my Echo Line addresses?

No. Echo Line is strictly an inbound-only receiving service. Disabling outbound mail prevents bad actors from using our platform to send outgoing spam, blocklisting our domain, and ensures the highest deliverability rates for your incoming messages.

Do you support email attachments?

Echo Line is optimized for textual credentials, confirmation codes, and registration content. We do not support downloading file attachments (like PDFs, images, or executables) to protect our infrastructure from malware and keep storage lightweight.

Are my temporary inboxes secure and private?

Absolutely. Your inboxes are only accessible when you are logged into your secure Echo Line account. Unlike basic public temporary email sites where anyone who knows the email prefix can read the messages, Echo Line's virtual addresses are private and linked exclusively to your user account.

Do you log my IP address or sell my shopping data?

Never. Privacy is the core pillar of Echo Line. We do not track your browsing habits, record your IP address, or sell your purchase data. The data processed through our catch-all mail loops is solely used to deliver incoming messages to your dashboard.

Can I delete my account or inboxes permanently?

Yes. You have complete control. You can delete individual email addresses or wipe your entire account and all associated messages directly from your settings. Once deleted, the records are purged permanently and cannot be recovered.

How does the catch-all email routing work technically?

Echo Line uses custom DNS Mail Exchanger (MX) catch-all configurations. When an email is sent to any address ending in @bearmusicmanagment.com, the global routing rules capture the SMTP stream, securely parse the headers and text body, and instantly map it to the database record of the user who registered that prefix.

Can I use Echo Line for automated QA test suites?

Yes! Echo Line is a favorite tool among developers and QA testers. Because you can spin up unique email addresses on the fly, you can easily integrate them into automated signup tests, continuous integration (CI) tests, and check your transactional mailing flows without manual mailbox limits.

Is there an API available to retrieve emails programmatically?

We are currently polishing our developer REST API. Soon, you will be able to query your inboxes and parse messages programmatically using secure API keys, making automated integration testing even more powerful.
